Very good turnout for Waterpolo and Swimming School

The Waterpolo and Swimming School headed by Aurelien Cousin who is being assisted by Dino Zammit is proving to be a tremendous success. Indeed, the number of kids who applied to join and are regularly turning up for the training sessions has exceeded expectations. The kids have been split into two groups to address their mixed abilities. Particular attention is being to swimming with a minimum of two sessions a week that are being carried out at the National Pool.  An entry swimming class to cater for those kids who are still in the floating stage has also been introduced.

The installation of a kids pitch in the Club’s premises is intended to provide adequate training space for these kids and will certainly keep on boosting this school. We will strive to keep up the good during the rest of the Summer months while we are already planning to take this project beyond the Summer months so our kids may keep on swimming and playing waterpolo during the rest of the year. In fact coach Aurelien Cousin is committed to the Club on a long term agreement which includes the Autumn and Winter months.

Parents who are interested in enrolling their kids may contact the Club’ Secretary on secretary.sangiljanasc@gmail.com
